NuTec names new chief exec

NuTec Sciences Inc. has appointed Richard C. White as president and chief executive officer.
The company's current president, Thomas M. LaHouse, will assume duties as chief operations officer and will oversee daily operations and technology development.
White most recently served as director and CEO of Veritas Geophysical Co. and was president of Western Geophysical Co. from 1995 to 1999. Executive Officer, Michael S.
Founded as a software company in 1995, Houston-based NuTec Sciences is the holding company for three high-tech business units: NuTec Energy Services Inc., NuTec Health Systems Inc. and Xemplar BioSciences Inc.
